New Spring Menus 2022

Signs of spring are starting to appear everywhere you look and with it comes a sense of renewal, so it’s only fitting that we launch our new Spring menus.

Our Chefs are making the most of the ingredients this wonderful season has to offer with dishes that showcase a full array of  fresh flavours.

Our stunning starters include Home-Cured Sea Trout with pea, basil and cashew nut pesto, toasted focaccia and preserved lemon yogurt, and BBQ Spiced Pressed Lamb Shoulder with aubergine imam bayildi, mint yogurt and salsa verde oil.

Our mouth-watering mains offer tasty dishes, such as Chargrilled Chicken Supreme with potato , leek and truffle croquette, leek ash, sautéed spring greens and roasted chicken butter sauce, and Woodview Farm Pork Tenderloin with rosemary potato terrine, baked apple, apple caramel, shaved fennel with dill and a cider mustard cream.

Fancy just a light lunch or demi-dinner? Some of our starters are also available as a ‘Lighter Main’ size at an additional price or make delightful light bites when paired with one of our side dishes.

And last – but by no means least – dessert!  Let us tempt you with our tasty puds.  Who can resist Lemon Tart with Hitchin lavender gin soaked mixed berries and blackcurrant gelato, or Orange Crème Brûlée with orange shortbread and orange gel?

Our new Sunday Menu includes many of these stunning new dishes, but still offers the fantastic range of traditional roast we know you love.
