Celebrating Summer with our new Summer Menus!
Available from Thursday 6th July 2023.
Bursting with sunny seasonal flavours, our Chef’s have created stunning menus full of exciting new dishes for you to relish this Summer.
Whether you fancy a lighter lunch or a 3-course meal, our menus are easily adapted to suit your appetite. Why not try our Sea Bream Tiger Milk Ceviche with avocado, papaya, puffed black rice, fennel and onion salad, or Marinated Trio Of Melon, rocket leaves, pomegranate, toasted hazelnuts and raspberry vinaigrette as a sublime starter or up-grade it to a tasty lighter main dish?
Our mouth-watering mains still include our popular Homemade Chargrilled Burger and ‘The Black Horse’ Beer Battered Fish & Chips, but for those of you who fancy something a little different, let us tempt you with Local Rump Of Lamb served with aubergine, Jerusalem artichoke, goat’s curd, salsa verdi and split jus dressing, or Leek & Black Bomber Cheese Risotto with Noilly Prat braised baby leeks and cheesy scraps.
Do you like a good grill? Then you’ll be delighted with our new ‘From The Grill’ section of our menu! Choose from succulent locally sourced meat; Sirloin Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Pork Tomahawk or Chicken Breast, all grilled to perfection and served with brandy peppercorn sauce, triple cooked chunky chips, home-smoked cherry tomatoes on the vine and rocket salad with ranch dressing.
And who can resist a delectable dessert?… Indulge in our Salted Chocolate Ganache with granola, brown butter puree and an orange and mandarin sorbet. Or, if you fancy something a little lighter, our new Coconut Mousse served with pineapple jam, spiced rum baked pineapple and coconut sorbet is the perfect summer pud, not to mention dairy-free and vegan friendly!
