Summer has arrived – and so have our new Summer Menus!
Using fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where ever possible, our Chefs have created a menu packed full of delicious dishes bursting with summer flavours.
Our stunning starters include Artisan Goat’s Cheese Mousse Tartlet with fig, pear and brandy chutney, toasted walnuts, marinated beetroot and basil oil, and Deep Fried Thai Crab & Sweet Potato Ball with pineapple, red onion and sweet chilli salsa, shaved coconut, coriander, honey and lime dressing – summer on a plate!
Our mouth-watering mains offer tasty dishes, such as Chinese Style BBQ Duck Leg with wild garlic, basil and spring onion roast potatoes, Asian slaw, pan fried oyster mushrooms, soy, orange and star anis dressing and sweet potato crisps, and Pan Seared South Coast Cod Loin with herb crust, carrot and ginger puree, tenderstem broccoli with truffle oil, potato and beetroot terrine, citrus and dill crème fraiche.
Fancy just a light lunch or demi-dinner? Some of our starters are also available as a ‘Lighter Main’ size at an additional price or make delightful light bites when paired with one of our side dishes.
And who can resist a delectable dessert?? Let us tempt you with a Strawberry & Custard Tart, fruit jelly, confit pineapple, pineapple syrup and clotted cream or try the Coconut Panna Cotta with ginger and lemongrass syrup, mango and lime salsa, scorched blood orange segments and pistachio biscotti – Mmmmm…
