Cooking Instructions:

Tagine:

To Oven Cook

Place tagine in a oven proof dish.  Preheat oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until food core temperature has reached 75°C.

To Microwave

Place tagine in a microwave safe dish and cook on full power for 3 minutes* or until food core temperature has reached 75°C (remember to stir thoroughly)

*You may need to increase the time if heating more than one portion at once.

Cous Cous:

Place cous cous in a microwave safe dish and cook on full power for 3 minutes or until food core temperature has reached 75°C (remember to stir thoroughly)
