Functions
We happily cater for party celebrations of 15+ people. Our bookings coordinator will discuss your options with you and will help create a bespoke menu using dishes from our current seasonal menu, at a suitable set price if required.
Pre-order will be required at least 7 days before you dine and please notify us of any dietary requirements in advance.
Booking and £10 per person deposit is required

Food Pre Order Form
As a fresh food restaurant all our food is prepared on the premises, therefore we require menu choices in advance so that we can ensure we have the fresh ingredients required to create your chosen dishes on the day. The Food Pre Order Form is an easy way to submit your guests menu choices and helps enable your function meal to run smoothly.
Print out the form and fill in your guests names and their food order (including any dietary requirements) then send a copy to The Black Horse at info@blackhorseireland.com – remembering to include you booking name and date of reservation – and keep a copy for yourself to refer to on the day.
Please send us your completed form at least 5 days in advance of you booking.
Printable Place Cards
These handy place cards are perfect for large parties of 15 people or more.
Your guests are required to order their meals in advance therefore it is not surprising some guests may forget what they have ordered on the day they dine. These place cards not only add a personal touch to your party but also reminds your guests of their food order in a discrete manner, as well as enabling you, the organiser, to relax and enjoy your meal with the rest of your party.
Click the Printable Place Card button on the side bar to download the Word document to your computer. Open the document in Word, click enable editing, then fill in your guest’s name and their food choices on each card. Once the page is completed print, cut and fold (with The Black Horse logo and guest name on the front and food choices on the back) – it’s that easy!
You can then bring your complete place cards with you on the day or give the place cards to your booking coordinator in advance (with a seating plan if required) and they will ensure they are on the table when you arrive.
