Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and can be redeemed from either The Black Horse at Ireland (including accommodation) or The Birch at Woburn.
Terms and Conditions
- Valid vouchers are redeemable for the payment of food and drink, where the drink forms part of a meal.
- Any monies outstanding after the voucher has been used against the bill for the above services must be settled in full on the day of purchase
- Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
- If the voucher is not used in full, no cash refund can be given.
Postage
Please note: last date for guaranteed Christmas postage is Wednesday 18th December. Pick Up In Pub will still be available after this date.
We can send them out to you Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at the additional cost of £3.35 p&p (signed-for 1st class) or you can collect for FREE from our restaurant Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 10pm or Sunday 10am – 5pm (Please be aware we can get very busy during food service times!) Pick up from pub is not available on Mondays and Tuesdays when the restaurant is closed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Even though we will endeavour to post your voucher within 24 hours of your purchase (unless otherwise stated) please allow 5 working days.
Once posted, should you not receive the voucher within a week, please inform us immediately and we will void the lost vouchers and issue new ones.
