New Year’s Eve Food Order Form 2023

Our New Year’s Eve Menu is available from 12pm – 6pm on Sunday 31st December 2023 and must be booked in advance. You can view the full menu here.

Please ensure you have secured your reservation before completing this New Year’s Eve Food Order Form.

Your credit card details will be taken to secure your reservation. No money will be deducted at this time, however, failure to notify The Black Horse at Ireland of cancellation without a minimum of 48hrs notice will result in a charge of £30 per person for New Year’s Eve Lunch.

Please place numbers required beside each menu item in the relevant box.

VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/DAIRY-FREE – If you are vegan or have a gluten and/or dairy intolerance/allergy please let us know by selecting the correct VE, GF, DF, GF & DF box next to the dish you wish to order. Please note that not all dishes are or can be adapted to vegan gluten-free or dairy-free.

If a dish is marked with a vea, gfa and/or dfa it means this dish can be adapted to vegan, gluten-free and/or dairy-free when requested.  Please be aware that if a dish is adapted, some of the accompaniments for this dish may vary or be removed from the dish entirely.  To ask about a particular dish, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

OTHER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS – If you require any dietary requirement other than those listed above, please select the box marked OTHER, then in the text box at the bottom of each section state clearly what the additional requirement is.  If there is more than one person requiring a specific dietary requirement, please list what dishes they have personally chosen.
