Finished your A levels and want to pursue a career in catering? Looking to change your vocation and interested in becoming a chef? We’ve got an exciting opportunity to take your training to the next level with a Commis Chef apprenticeship scheme at The Black Horse.
Work in our busy kitchen alongside our talented team of chefs, cooking fresh food dishes using quality local ingredients. As a Commis chef in training, you will be involved in all aspects of the daily kitchen routine as you work towards your level 2 qualification, whilst also earning a wage and share of the tips.
Our menus change over the year to make the most of seasonal produce, giving you the chance to learn new dishes and for you to have your input.
