Spring brings sunshine & our stunning new menus!

Bursting with fresh Spring flavours, our menus are carefully crafted to showcase the best ingredients this glorious season has to offer. Using locally sourced produce where ever possible, you can taste the quality in every bite.

Our new Spring menus include sensational starters such as Hand Picked White Crab Tartlet with fresh herbs, a brown crab and fish bonbon and micro herb salad, and Bang Bang Cauliflower with puffed black wild rice, spring onions, pickled radish and mustard red frills.  Both available to upgrade to a main course should you fancy something a little lighter, or paired with a side to make a real meal of it.

Try our new delicious main courses dishes such as Seared Sea Bass Fillet served with crushed Jerusalem artichoke, blackened spring cabbage, hazelnut and tomato dressing, or Locally Sourced Roast Rump of Lamb, lamb shoulder croustillant, roscoff onion, romanesco, pine nuts, cumin and red pepper sauce.  Tempted yet?…

And finally, you can’t finish a meal without one of our delectable desserts.  Let us entice you with a Warm Poached Rhubarb, rhubarb sorbet, stem ginger and crystalised puff pastry, or how about a Stout Sticky Toffee Pudding drizzled with treacle toffee sauce, accompanied with vanilla ice cream – yum!

Our new Sunday Menu includes many of these stunning new dishes, but still offers the fantastic range of traditional roast we know you love.
